At the helm of MORE, REALTORS® are business partners Dennis Norman and John Williams, both past Presidents of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Each has been honored as REALTOR® of the Year, with Dennis achieving this recognition in 2013 and John following in 2014. Their combined experience in real estate brokerage, investment, and marketing has been the essential to our brokerage's success.

John Donati and Michael Abernathy are renowned professionals who will be leading MORE, REALTORS® alongside Dennis and John. As a member of our brokerage management team, John Donati offers a comprehensive and effective approach to the real estate business. He brings a wealth of knowledge from project management and public relations. Our managing broker for Illinois, Michael Abernathy, uses his vast knowledge of both Illinois and the St. Louis Metro Area in addition to his excellent leadership abilities, patience, and discipline that he developed during his time in the US Air Force.
